In my webmail account at my provider is a folder called SPAM. This folder is missing in my client TB. As a result, emails that my provider considers is spam, (but not I), never comes to me. Where do I attack the problem? In TB or in Webmail? /hans peter

If this is an IMAP account go to File-Subscribe and Subscribe to it. If this is POP you are going to have to go to the the Webmail site to see it.

Do you mean I have to look up two places every time I want ro check my mails? Why does'nt the spam-folder appear in TB when the others (Inbox, Drafts, Sent , Trash and Archive) do? /hans peter

I guess you are using POP? That is how it works. POP is only aware of the Inbox on the server. This is kind of the reason IMAP was developed. POP and IMAP are email standards, not something Thunderbird dreamed up.

Thank you, Airmail! /hans peter

I think I've solved the problem. I have put a filter on the server which sends all mails to my account, regardless if they are spam or not, to the Inbox. In Mailwasher, I then decide which mails I want to be retrieved by TB. / hans peter
