I was previously watched movies on the Netflix but from this month of August, I can't access it. The same problem happens if I try to connect from Chrome. But I can access Netflix from my smartphone. So what happened lately i can't understand

HI, please list the Extensions you have and what Security Software you are running ....

There is security software like Avast/AVG, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET & McAfee sometimes that have issues with scanners. If have the above please test by disabling them.

Are you getting any error messages ??

SAFE MODE

In Firefox Safe mode these changes are effective:

  • Javascript JIT compilers are disabled (prefs: javascript.options.*jit)
  • hardware acceleration is disabled (Options > Advanced > General)
  • plugins are not affected
  • preferences are not affected
