Computers not Synching - and how will it know which Computer to synch to when it does?
Sync symbol shows up to date on my laptop and my desktop.. But the items I have chosen to synch -- for now only "Open Tabs" are not identical. Furthermore I am fundamentally confused as to how FF will decide which computer is "primary." In other words if I have Bookmarks in Computer A and B and I want A to prevail -- how do I set that up? What am I missing here?

With sync, there is no master or primary. Any changes on one member of the sync is sent to all others.
Type about:accounts<enter> in the address bar. [57+] https://accounts.firefox.com/settings
Make sure what you want to sync is selected.

It now seems to be synching bookmarks and history, but not open tabs
I called for more help.
We need to look at the sync logs. On the profile that is not syncing properly, type about:sync-log<enter> in the address bar.
