Clicking on addons does NOTHING

I've installed Autofill addon, it appears in the main taskbar now but when I click on it nothing happens.

Clicking on "Lightning" icon does nothing.

I don't see any new items in the right-click context menu either. I've installed another similar addon and it seems to be unusable as well. Reloading the page doesn't help. There are no errors in the console either.

How am I supposed to use addons on Firefox if none of them are working?

Hello TiredChromeUser,

I have never faced this issues but keep in mind that add-ons are made by different devs and Mozilla Firefox isn't responsible for it. Some add-ons might not work (scam or broken) while others do.

Please try using alternative add-ons and should work. These are the privacy addons i use: DuckDuckGo Add-on Ghostery Add-on Grammerly Add-on

All these add-ons are from reliable devs and they work as promised. You can also try reinstalling firefox.
