e-mails to richard.purdy@ntlworld.com are also directed to an apparently ficticious account 'richardpurdy64@gmail.com' The sender then gets a 'failed to deliver' message although the message is received correctly . The failed to deliver report refers to the ficticious account. The sender then keeps resending believing that it has not been delivered
