will firefox work with the new microsoft web apps generated in hotmail,etc?
to operate microsoft web apps and open attachments in hotmail. I have to use internet explorer or buy office 2010. Very exciting for microsoft, very bad for firefox. Is somebody out there working on this, or have you got a plugin already?

Microsoft offers reduced feature support for Firefox in its Office 2010 web apps. See The Office Web Apps Love Your Browser - Microsoft Office Web Apps - Site Home - MSDN Blogs for more information. As for having to buy Office 2010 to get the best parts, that doesn't surprise me, but what is missing from the "free" level that you need?
