History library lost all the folders such as "Today," "Yesterday," "Last 7 Days", "This Month", "Last Month",...,"Earlier than 6 months ago"
The problem is I just changed my profile's location and moved all the stuff in my old profile to the new one, everything is ok except I found my histroy library was blank. There are no folder icons such as "Today," "Yesterday," "Last 7 Days", "This Month", "Last Month",...,"Show All History", which I should have previously. I searched for some frequently-viewed websites and they showed up with all different time up to yesterday, so places.sqlite is not corrupt. All of my browsing history are still there in places.sqlite but there are just no any folders to show them. So I wonder where is those folder info be saved and how to let firefox rebuild these folders?
Many many thanks, hope someone could help.

Please Update to the latest Firefox 20.0.x version.

The Firefox Firefox/14.0.1 version that you currently run is no longer supported with security updates
- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1
If the history is still visible in the Library then you should see the corresponding history folders as well.
Do you see at least new history appearing (Today and Last 7 Days)?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in (permanent) Private Browsing mode.
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
- Deselect: [ ] "Always use private browsing mode"
