In your Question Details > More System Details, your Flash player plugin shows a very old version:

  • Shockwave Flash 10.3 r181

For security reasons, you should not use that old version and instead install one that is up-to-date. You can choose between the latest (version 20) and the extended support release (version 18, scroll down about 2/3 of the way) on this page:

https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Whichever you choose, look for the row for "plugin-based browsers" and you can use either the EXE or the MSI installer.

To ensure that the old version is removed, please close any tabs that are using Flash, or exit out of Firefox, during the update.
