If I have two tags defined Bill To Pay Bill Paid How do I make the two changes at the same time? If I right click on the email choose Tag and then remove "Bill To Pay" the menu goes away and I have to repeat the process to select "Bill Paid" Similarly, If I reverse the order - it is already Tagged "Bill To Pay" and I want to change it to "Bill Paid" I right click the email, select Tag check "Bill Paid" and the options immediately disappear leaving "Bill To Pay" still Tagged also. I have to repeat the process to remove the "Bill To Pay" Tag. Obviously, I would like to make both changes at the same time.

If you have FiltaQuilla installed You could set up a filter like If tag is "Bill Paid" remove tag "Bill To Pay" Then you can just mark them as paid and later run filter. (Not the ideal solution, but anyway)
