Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can help as I'm stumped - today every single email that's been sent has bounced back with the following message (I've removed the email address of the recipient)

"This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

   host smtp.antispamcloud.com [38.64.220.60]
SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
550 Message contained spam content (Sanesecurity.Jurlbl.9b5dc2)

Reporting-MTA: dns; s128.servername.online

Action: failed Final-Recipient: rfc822;janey.new@gmail.com Status: 5.0.0 Remote-MTA: dns; smtp.antispamcloud.com Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550 Message contained spam content (Sanesecurity.Jurlbl.9b5dc2) "

Many thanks in advance & hope Jane

I suggest you contact your mail provider and ask them what changes they have put in place. My guess is yet again an ISP has placed their own customers onto a spam list because there are "home" users so should not be using mail (it happens far to frequently, I assume that the standards of technicians are in an ever decreasing cycle along with service)

Thanks Matt, The thing is we're a business, the SSL cert is in place so there doesn't appear to be any logic to it I'll get onto the provider 'host papa' and see if I have any joy
