not possible to reset Firefox on my D620 Dell, nothing happens click on upper rt. corner triple bars

1. not possible to either reset Firefox or to do a thing with Firefox, since upon clicking on the upper rt. corner 3 bars that used to until today bring up the main menu for Firefox, now upon clicking on those 3 bars NOTHING HAPPENSS zero nada.

2. did plugincheck/ mozilla. the google and windows update ? research came up.

i want a link to easily UNinstall the 2 items noted:
