Sorry to hear about the crashes, and thank you for the report. I notice this report is from May 11, 2017. Is this the latest one that was submitted? The only bug linked to that crash report is "crash in MMDevAPI.dll when inserting or removing a usb headset" which I suspect is not your issue. What does it take to get Firefox working again, if you can get it working at all? Does it work after a Windows restart, until it stops working again? Do you notice any difference between HTTP and HTTPS sites? ---- In case the program files are corrupted, could you try: '''Clean Reinstall''' We use this name, but it's not about removing your settings, it's about making sure the program files are clean (no inconsistent or alien code files). Did you update to Firefox 52.2.0 ESR in the meantime (the crash report is from 45.9.0)?
