Firefox crashes
The crashes today have not shown on your bug report. Since the update I installed yesterday, I have had several crashes. i have been on Facebook playing a game which uses shockwave flash. a white block appears saying Firefox has crashed and needs to be shut down. It doesn't matter if I click the X or if I click ok. Firefox closes. This last time, when I restarted it, I saw the embarrassing page. The last report id listed was ID: a84bc980-11ba-42f8-872f-653332160829 The patch is labeled as firefox-patch(1).js 3.9kb aphidt2cn.org and I installed it after the report id listed above.

All firefox-patch.js files are Malware ! ! !
You may have ad / mal-ware. Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
Run most or all of the listed malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

After you have used the scanners above;
Let’s do a full clean re-install; Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link} Save the file. Then Close Firefox.
Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.
Windows: C:\Program Files
C:\Program Files (x86)
Mac: Open the "Applications" folder.

Linux: Check your user manual.
Do Not remove the profiles folder.
Look for, and rename any Mozilla or Firefox program folders by adding .old to them. Do not rename the Mozilla Thunderbird folder.
After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner. Then run the installer. If all goes well, remove the OLD folders when you are done.
If there is a problem, start your Computer in safe mode and try again.
