When I use Firefox on Android, the green padlock is always green. How can I verify that the Extended Validation is successful? I cannot view the certificate, EV details or anything as far as I can see. This makes verification by me impossible. I checked this with my own website (Let's Encrypt, no validation) and my bank (Digicert Inc, EV).

I did the same with Firefox Focus, and here the padlock is always white. Focus does not provide any additional information at all with respect to SSL.

Thank you for any information

Wrt Firefox for Android you can tap on the green lock. This will open a popup showing more details about the connection's security status, as well as the issuer of the cert. I don't think you can inspect the cert itself.

I have no idea about Firefox Focus.

Would it be EV if in the pop-up, under "Secure Connection" (in green), I get the name of the certificate holder? And without a name, it is not EV? All this on Firefox 57 for Android.
