How can I see older history activities? I can see up to Oct. but want to see Sept.

If this older history isn't present in the History Manager then it has been deleted.
If you use the Time Machine or other backup then you can consider to restore an older copy from this backup.
Best would be to do this in a separate profile because restoring places.sqlite also set the bookmarks back to the ones saved in this file.
You should be able to restore the bookmarks via a recent JSON backup in the bookmarkbackups folder if you restore places.sqlite in the current profile folder.
