Need help for community forums
Hi! I'm sorry if this is not the correct topic for this question, but I'm having huge trouble surfing the community forums of Mozilla. Could you please help me to understand what is the correct community forum to talk with other users about Firefox Relay service? Or a generic Mozilla community forum...
I need the community's help for technical purposes with the mentioned service.
Thank you very much for your patience. Noè.

The Firefox Relay section in the knowledge Base is at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/products/relay as perhaps it may answer any questions or issues you have.
Not sure what times the zendesk operates at as you may not get a response til Monday perhaps.

I suggest this link: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/relay/form
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately this is the support page for contacting the Mozilla Support Team.
I hope there was a community forum which let me interact with other users for share common usage experiences of the Firefox Relay product.
This is a help forum not a chat type forum back and forth. Replies and Question are posted and responded to by user on firefox to help other users. What your asking is a FaceBook or Twitter system interaction.

Forgive me, I’ve probably misexpressed myself since I don’t speak excellent English: what I’m looking for is exactly what you’re talking about, a forum like you described, not a Facebook chat. The problem is that browsing the Mozilla support website is not easy and I could not find a specific forum for the Firefox Relay service as it exists for Firefox Browser or other products. I can certainly contact Mozilla technical support directly as suggested through the link above, but it is different than posting a question or a public topic and addressed to everyone. I hope I have clarified my doubts. Thanks again.

Look at top and hover over Get Help > Browse All Products > Firefox Relay > and on page look for "Still need help? Send a message to our support team." and create a new thread for help.
The https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/relay/form is to create a thread in the Firefox Relay support forum section. Since Relay is one of a few Mozilla's premium products you should hopefully get support there. Mozilla does not have direct one on one private chat or phone.
The relay form page is the same sort of way to create a thread as you did with this thread in this (desktop) Firefox support forum section using https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/desktop/form

Thank you for your contribution. From what I’ve seen, at the link indicated for the product "Firefox Relay" you can send a private message to the product support team, I’ve already done it and I wait for an answer by email. The link for the product "Firefox Desktop" instead, allows you to create public questions or threads in the forum. Am I wrong or these are two different support modes and the real forum for Firefox Relay does not exist? Thanks again!
<removed wrong info>
As you can see in the screenshot, in "my questions" section is available only this discussion we are doing. I've sent multiple questions at the link https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/relay/form and no thread has been opened, but I sent a message to the support team instead.
I was also initially answered by email by a support specialist, but then they did not respond further and I did not solve my technical problem with Firefox Relay.
Would it be too intrusive if I asked you to try it by yourself?

The Premium products such Mozilla VPN, Firefox Private Network, Firefox Relay Premium and MDN Plus used to be listed on https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/ (at least for Mozilla VPN especially) however mozilla decided to make them be not part of the community support forum sections as it gets sent to Zendesk ticket submission since they are paid for subscription products.
Sorry I do not use any of the premium products so I forgot they go to Zendesk and not what is now hidden forum sections not used anymore so my old reply was wrong information.
The premium product forum sections in Questions were made hidden a year ago https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/pull/5082
I actually help spark this change when I brought up concerns about people trying to get help with Mozilla VPN refunds (in March last year) when they had Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and not Windows 10, 11 to do in app refund requests.

Thank you very much for your support. So I will wait a reply directly from the support team (that you called "Zendesk". I'm sad that there isn't a public forum for this product.
Have a great day!
