Two issues, 1) I can't log in or get reset emails 2) Can't install Dragon Dictation addon.
I started out trying to install the Dragon dictation add on and that kept being blocked (or at least that was what I was told). Interestingly, I am now using Dragon dictation on the Mozilla website without a dictation box. Does that mean it will work throughout Firefox? However, when I was trying to login for support I could not get in. I asked for a reset of username and password via the clickable links, but nothing arrived. I just solve before making this email that my initial password may not have been proper because it did not include a number. I don't remember that being a problem yesterday when I first signed up. Please help.

Hi mttaylor73, unless something changed recently, the support site still has a separate login system and doesn't use your Firefox Account login. Someday it will be all be unified...
I am not familiar with the Dragon dictation add on. Can you get the exact wording of the message you got and update us with that? You might also check their support site in case this is a known issue with an obvious workaround.

Here is what I keep receiving.
Hi mttaylor73, thank you for the screenshot. I think the file is okay, it installed for me:
URL: https://dnsriacontent.nuance.com/15/setup/ffinstall.html File name: https://dnsriacontent.nuance.com/15/ff/DgnRiaFF.xpi
Name: Dragon Professional Web Extension Version: 1.40.0.5 Last internal update date: May 16, 2018
Sometimes users get the "corrupted" message when an installation redirects, but as far as I can tell, that doesn't occur with this one. Do you have any filtering add-ons or security software that could be modifying files retrieved in Firefox?
