weatheronline.co.uk cannot display pop-up window with block unset
weatheronline uses a pop-up window to display country maps showing details. I have tried using the web address below as a pop-up blocker exception and allowing all pop-ups (which I'd rather not) but neither works. I do not have this problem in Internet Explorer/Yahoo Browser. I should be grateful if someone could please advise me how to set up Firefox correctly.

I'm not seeing any JavaScript links that open a pop-up on that page, apart from the Help menu item.
Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes). See Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems and Troubleshoot issues with plugins like Flash or Java to fix common Firefox problems
Thank you cor-el for your reply.
On my Windows 2000 / Firefox setup I have Java enabled and the pop-up blocker dusabled. Perhaps I should have noted earlier that you have to delve quite deeply in weatheronline to find the maps I can't access. From the home page (weatheronline.co.uk) select WEATHER from under the Current Weather heading down the left side of the screen. On the new page select Europe. When you now select a country fom the list of regions to the left a small map of the country is displayed and various parameters you may select on the right. One of these for most major countries is "Large Map". It is this my current setup cannot display. On the Firefox error console I am getting lots of error messages such as: "Error: Permission denied for to call method Location.toString on ." perhaps this is a clue as to what is happening. Are these messages arising from Firefox or possibly from my Zone Alarm firewall? However, I can't believe it's ZA as other browsers display the said maps. Any help would be grateful please.
