Soluție aleasă

You should be able to simply drag and drop them into the folder that you want using the mouse. Just click and hold the mouse button on bookmark you want to move and drag it on top of the folder that you want to relocated it to.

Alternatively, you can right click on the bookmark you want to move and select Cut. Then you can right click on the bookmark folder you want to move it to and select Paste.

Hope this helps.

On Mac, this might be easier to do in the Bookmarks Manager (Library) via a Cut and Paste as the most reliable way.

Thx, both worked. For some reason before I just could not get it to drag and drop....

This procedure used to work for me on my Mac but isn't working now. I have many bookmarked links in my Other Bookmarks folder and want to drag and drop them into specific folders I created under Bookmarks Menu. I used to just select or highlight two or more and drag them to a folder where I wanted to save them. Now I highlight bookmarks and I can't drag them at all. They don't move, and right click offers no option to select a folder into which I might place them. I have an older Mac OS and use a pen tablet, but that didn't prevent any problems until now. What can you suggest? I believe I have the latest update to my Firefox browser, too.

Where are you dragging the bookmarks? Did you try this in the Library?

Note that 'Recent' lists (Recently Bookmarked) are read-only as this is not a real folder, but a generated list that shows the result of a query.
