The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers. To request an enhancement or new feature for Firefox or other Mozilla products, see this article: File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products

Alternatively you can look for a Firefox add-on to translate web pages. A number of such add-ons are listed here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?q=translate+web+page
