Mozilla charging me for something?
I've been getting declined transactions from Mozilla due to my old debit card being outdated. Most likely something from the play store or from a roblox account from my son, but I just can't tell what is is. No info pertaining to what it was trying to charge. It's not going through and I have not received any emails regarding it, so no lost $ but it's just annoying that there is no way to find out what it is trying to charge. I don't believe I've ever input my card info into my Firefox account for anything, and it doesn't appear to have that option. I've never signed up for the VPN. But even if it was a mistake or signed up through the play store I don't show any subscriptions or purchases for a service. So what the heck is it? There is no way to find out that I've seen! My bank can't tell, I can't tell and so far Mozilla can't tell you how to tell. Usually purchases from roblox comes up as that. Not Mozilla. And this just started happening the last few weeks.

How can I figure out what service it is if I don't know if I even have one? Sign up and see if it exists already? That's the main problem. Mozilla has virtually no info pertaining to what you have signed up to on the account. That's kind of the problem. I have no way to verify what I have or don't have assigned to the account, my only account within Mozilla apps. To my knowledge I never signed up for any other apps. I've only ever had my Firefox account to monitor websites and passwords for me and my son. I still need to check the apple store, but that would not charge my debit card in this fashion, never has.
If you go to https://accounts.firefox.com/ sign using your Firefox Account, you will your active subscriptions listed under "Subscriptions".
Failing that, select any of the premium product links listed above and ghf team there should be able to help.
