How do I set a page to advance one line per one click of a wheel mouse?

When I roll the wheel one click, the page jumps up several lines. This makes it hard for my eye to keep its place in the text. Also, my email page is so narrow that when I make one click on the wheel, what I want to read jumps up and out of sight.

Hi, try this: Type about:config into the address bar, press Enter, accept the warning, scroll down the alphabetical list to mousewheel.min_line_scroll_amount then right click > Modify to change the number to something smaller. You may need to restart Firefox to implement the change.
