When I open Thunderbird, it appears for a second, but when I hover over, the display begins disappearing and then completely disappears.

I installed Firefox and Thunderbird on my computer. When I double click to open it or right click to open it, either way, the display shows in the window, and then parts of the screen begin to disappear, until finally, the whole thing disappears. It seems to disappear in blocks. On hover, is when it begins to disappear. We have uninstalled and reinstalled Thunderbird multiple times.

I have tested that the email address it works on a different computer without this issue.

Hi Can you try this in safe mode and see if the problem persists? First with Thunderbird in safe mode https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/safe-mode-thunderbird Then if it still does that, restart the whole computer in safe mode and check again. Perhaps there is a malicious program interfering on your system. Let us know! Thanks, Agnes

Thanks for your reply. I updated the drivers, and updated the operating system, and it worked after restart. Thanks so much!
