When I go to Tools => Options and try to open Privacy nothing happens

the Privacy windows just shows nothing with absolutely no options to select from. Other options(such as General, Tabs and so on) work fine.

What should i do?

Just a quick first test. Open Firefox in Safe Mode - Hold the Shift key down as you open Firefox with the usual double click>ignore the page that opens>Continue and then try to access Privacy. This is a long shot but if you can access Privacy in Safe Mode then you probably have an extension problem and you should work through this to find the culprits -
