I need help updating from 3.6. Under "help" I have no tabs for updating. I desperately need to update to start a website.

I'm running 3.6.18. I've read everything I can online about updating Firefox. I clicked on the "Help" tab, but there is no tab for updating. I clicked on Edit-Preferences-Advanced, but there are only 2 options, Add-ons and Search engines. HELP!

When I tried to download it from Firefox, it wants to save it in archives. I'm fairly new to Ubuntu, DUH. I really, really don't want to have to go to Windows to do this. Please, please help! I was in line 2 different days for live chat, but it closed before it was my turn.

Can you download the version you want and install it?

If that fails, try this page, and choose the platform you want.

You need to update your Ubuntu branded Firefox version via the Ubuntu software update.

You can only update Firefox versions if you install the official Firefox version from the Mozilla site.
