I'm not getting an email to open a filelink account. I've tried twice.
I want to send some large files to someone and the program is suggesting I use Filelink. I've tried to open an account, but I have yet to receive any email telling me what to do next. I've tried twice. It's been about a day....

check your spam / junk -mail open webmail and check
checked spam/junk after an hour of not getting a email.... still haven't.
You did check thru webmail? If its not in your server then it wasn't sent or was somehow stopped on its way. Thunderbird can only get what has arrived to your account on the server. Ask the filelink provider
