Find deleted profiles
I deleted family profiles in Firefox but whenever I run a scan, the scan finds their profile names. I have searched in all folders & files but can't find them to permanently delete them. Can someone help please?

Did you use the Firefox Profile Manager to delete the profiles and its files or did you clear the profile folders yourself on the hard drive?
In case of the latter, you may have missed the disk cache.
Note that the Firefox profile folder is in a hidden location. Main profile location:
- C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\
Location of disk cache and other cached data:
- C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile>\
The "Application Data" folder in XP/Win2K and the "AppData" folder in Windows Vista and Windows 7 and later versions are hidden folders.
I used the Firefox Profile manager.
If you deleted the files as well then those profiles should have been removed completely.
Which program does report that there are still files left?
Did you try to reboot the computer?
AVG is still finding some files and yes I did reboot. When I deleted the profiles, I clicked on delete All files too
If those profiles do not show up when you visit the above posted location, but other profiles that still exist do, then this is likely a problem with the AVG software.
