Sorry - I am not a technical person. 2 to 3 weeks ago Mozilla automatically updated firefox. I use firefox every day (c. 8 years) to listen to bbc radio broadcasts and have not had problems previously. I select a radio channel e.g. bbc radio 4 and the website generates a separate window - as normal - but no sound and the the window does not respond. If I use windows Internet Explorer everything works as normal.

Please note I am still using Windows 7.
