Keep getting 'unable to deliver' msg to an AOL recipient. Goes thru with IE, but not Firefox. Just started yesterday.
I keep getting the message below when I send an e-mail to an AOL account. It just started yesterday. I haven't changed anything, nor has the recipient of the AOL addy. It goes thru just fine with IE, but not Firefox. How can this be remedied?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to Troubleshoot the issue and to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

I was able to reset Firefox, sent an e-mail, and it hasn't bounced back. I'd say it worked! Thanks!
