email with charter not working
email has been working for several years with no problem. Today, it would not send. I checked the setting for email specified by Charter. They are totally different. Set up as indicated with Charter tech support. Now incoming and outgoing do not work.

These settings have been found to work: incoming server mobile.charter.net on port 993 (IMAP) or 995 (POP), connection security = SSL/TLS, authentication = normal password, User name = email address. Outgoing server mobile.charter.net on port 587, connection security = SSL/TLS, authentication = normal password, User name = email address.
it pops up a box asking to retry the password... i ended up changing it within Spectrum web email..that did not help either... its like a loop of asking for password.
i can now at least send emails... its really strange
Open Tools/Options/Security/Passwords/Saved Passwords and Remove any charter passwords, restart TB, and enter a correct, verified password when prompted the next time TB connects to the account.
