Video won't play unless mouse is moving

When viewing a website with video such as Youtube, the mouse must be moved periodically or the video will stop. I've had this problem for a couple of months and haven't been able to resolve it. I read you could downgrade to v25, turn off hardware acceleration, etc., but none of these solved the issue. I am currently using v27.0. (Also, I don't have this problem with IE, so it must be a Firefox problem.)

When viewing a website with video such as Youtube, the mouse must be moved periodically or the video will stop. I've had this problem for a couple of months and haven't been able to resolve it. I should have mentioned the issue occurs mostly with full-screen mode.
