Firefox setup wizard does not launch after click RUN USER detail dialogue box
I want to use firefox as my default browser with WINDOWS7 Ultimate on laptop.
Downloaded Firefox setup 40.0.3, also tried Firefox setup stub 40.0.3 nothing works after Run dialogue box as in image attached.
Firefox setup wizard does not launch after this USER RUN DIALOGUE BOX. Please resolve and share the resolution so that I can install and use Firefox.

- 2 Uninstall Firefox from your computer {web link}
DO NOT remove your profiles. - 3 After, reboot the computer. Then run the full installer.
