How do i reinstall yahoo tool bar and bookmarks, yahoo toolb ar disappears whn firfox is restarted.
I use yahoo on Firefox. The yahoo toolbar and bookmarks is not available, I go through the process of installing it on my PC and it appears. But, when Firefox is restarted the yahoo toolbar is not there. I've tried it several times. My computer skills are not that great and I don't understand some of the procedures shown when I ask questions about it. I've always used yahoo on Firefox and can't understand why I'm having this problem now. Yahoo and bookmarks work fine with explorer, but I prefer to use Firefox as my browser. How can i get yahoo bookmarks to remain on Firefox? Also, How do I get yahoo to stay as my default browser, When I open Firefox I now always get a message asking if I want to use my default or current browser. If I select default, it goes to goggle.

The Yahoo toolbar add-on was updated on December 29, 2015. The latest version of the Yahoo toolbar fixes an issue that caused it to become disabled in Firefox 43.

If Firefox is not your default browser (the browser that opens when you click links in other programs, for example), and you want it to be the default, see Make Firefox your default browser.
If you have a different default browser, such as Google Chrome and you are always being asked to set Firefox as your default browser whenever you start Firefox, you can UN-check the setting, Always check if Firefox is your default browser in your Firefox Options to stop these messages. See Startup, home page, tabs, and download settings. You can get to your Firefox Options from the Firefox 3-bar menu in the upper right portion of your Firefox window.
