This is a fraud like the ed-meister says. This mail is sent to thousands of people. Do you really think that Mozilla has more than 750 million pounds to give away? See this warning from Mozilla worker hoax_mozilla_firefox_online_promo

Please report misuse of the Firefox trademark in websites using the Mozilla's Violating Website Report page and in emails by forwarding them to Mozilla's abuse email.
