I saved bookmarks of a different computer and want to import them in my recent version.

I saved my bookmarks to the desktop, then transported that .jsonfile to my new account desktop. (bookmarks-2011-04-21.json) Now I want to imoprt that file into my Firefox, but cannot find what and where I have to do that. Who can help me?
