This Connection is Untrusted - Can not sign-on to my Google account in Firefox. It even blocked Firefox.org.
Today Firefox went whacky again.... I am using v14.0.1 and now it is blocking many sites starting with Google Search, Google accounts and Firefox. I tried "I Understand the Risk" option works on Google search, not on accounts.google.com
There is No "I understand the Risk" option for account.google.com
Please advise, or I will delete this software intermediately, I've had it and at the end of my ropes with Firefox.

When lots of sites report SSL errors at the same time, it can indicate a problem with your computer's system clock. Assuming that is set correctly, it's possible that a certificate store file might have become corrupted.
Could you try the new Reset feature? This duplicates certain key data from your active settings folder into a new one, bypassing some add-ons and custom settings. Your plugins will still be active, but could be disabled manually if you like.
More information in this article: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings.
If the new settings folder has the same problem, you can switch back if you like using Firefox's Profile Manager.
If the new settings folder works well, then you can migrate your extensions and extension data manually. (More detail on that if needed.)
Any difference?
Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?
Some security software intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.
Some examples are ESET and Bitdefender.
- BitDefender -> Privacy settings -> disable Scan SSL
- ESET setup -> advanced setup -> extend web and email tree -> SSL
- SSL protocol: Do not scan SSL protocol
