Netflix Cookie-problem
Hey Firefox-team
I have had this issue with Netflix for a while now.. It started in December 2012, and i think its related to the cookie that Netflix stores on the computer. When i stream a movie, and watch it in fullscreen it suddenly jumps out of fullscreen. It can do that several times when i stream the movie, i tried too reinstall Firefox and Silverligt but i can't get it fixed.. I deleted all the cookies and cache files several times too, and when i do that the problem is sovled for a couple of hours then it starts again too jump out of fullscreen.
Its pretty annoying and i hope there will be an update to fix this problem, or maybe some other solution. Because im getting tired of switching too fullscreen 20 times in a row..!!

Hello manniDK,
Does this issue occur on another browser? Does this happen on any specific videos? Have you tried clearing cache and cookies? Are any of your add-ons interfering with Netflix causing this to happen? - Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
Ey no it only occurs in Firefox, i tried to play in IE and there's no problems at all.. I don't have any add-ons installed and only plugin i have is Silverligt.. And i tried to reinstall Silverligt too.. I cleared both cache and cookies several times, and it solves the problem fore some hours and then the problem returns.. It happens with all the movies on Netflix with the "jumping out of fullscreen"..
Sounds like a problem with the Silverlight plugin that is used by Netflix.
Do you have pages open in other tabs that use other plugins like Flash that may be causing this?
