The MacBook Pro Retina keyboard doesn't have a Home key, an End key, a Page Up key or a Page Down key. On your "Keyboard shortcuts" page at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/keyboard-shortcuts-perform-firefox-tasks-quickly, some of the shortcuts depend on those keys. The key combination to emulate "home" on a Mac is Fn-Left Arrow. So the full keyboard shortcut to go to home page would be Option + Fn-Left Arrow
