Hi DYLAN1996, This will depend on the webpage. Sometimes there is a script on the page that does this, and occasionally the page will be cached unless updates are detected on the server after each page load.

You may be able to find a service, program, or add-on to monitor sites in the background so you do not need to check them manually. Here's a targeted search of the Add-ons site (I haven't tried any of them myself):
