Hi dvdrothman,

Sorry to hear you are receiving a forbidden 403 code.

Have you tried restarting Firefox in Safe Mode?

  1. Click the 3-bar menu in your browser
  2. Click Help towards the bottom of the list
  3. Click Restart with Add-ons Disabled...
  4. Click Restart
  5. When prompted, choose Start in Safe Mode.

This issue could also be caused by corrupted data :

  1. Click the 3-bar menu in your browser
  2. Click Options
  3. On the left Panel, click Privacy & Security
  4. Under Cookies & Site Data, click Clear Data

Warning! "Clearing all cookies and site data stored by Nightly may sign you out of websites and remove offline web content. Clearing cache data will not affect your logins."

5 Check-mark 'Cookies and Site Data' and 'Cached Web Content'
6 Click Clear

Hope this helps
