Keyboard mapping
In Thunderbird £ is displayed as #, " is displayed as @ and @ is displayed as ", so it seems to be using US keyboard mapping. My Windows language preference is UK English. How do I change Thunderbird to use this keyboard mapping?

The Language in Thunderbird Options Advanced is set to English (United Kingdom). The problem occurs when I am composing an email
Options/Composition/Spelling/Language is also English (United Kingdom)
