Hi, before i start, i want you to know, i follow all the steps on your troubleshooting solutions and none works for me. Firefox refuse to open and cause problem even to my windows wich make them refuse to open sometime, i use safe mode windows with F8 but the problem continuous. I would like to mention that before mozilla start crashes never had problem with my windows. All plugins are disable, i even unistall many of them, i can't put any other plugin. I try to open firefox and might work 1 time of 10 tries always showing me an error that crash on start up and have to make restart on it over and over again. And the best part is that on the last crash, mozilla file disappear from startup menu and i also lost the safe mode i used to open, it exist only to program files without the safe mode firefox. One more thing, everytime i am closing a file and firefox is open, close with it without me pushing the exit button.
