How do I get back my installed extensions list (which now shows up empty, in spite of working fine)?
Firefox 19.x automatically upgraded to 20.0. Since then, it got stuck on "Checking add-on compatibility". Looking for solutions, I've come across one that indicated deleting Prefs.js, User.js and Sessionstore.js from my C:\Users\******\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\********.default\ folder. It worked, but now I've only got a handfull of add-ons and no extensions listing. FileLab, Java, Shockwave and VLC are of those shown. I can't see NoScript, AdBlockPlus, TabMixPlus, Xmarks, X-notifier, LastPass and a couple more. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
BTW, the newly installed Troubleshooter doesn't show up either!

It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
Delete the files extensions.* (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.
New files will be created when required.
See "Corrupt extension files":

If you see disabled, not compatible, extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left end side of the Search Bar ("Find Updates" button in older Firefox versions) to check if there is a compatibility update available.
If this hasn't helped then also try to delete the addons.sqlite file.

Thank you for your swift response, which was also spot-on. Problem solved!
