In my computer under Allow Pop-Ups there is a long list (100s), but on my sister's computer there is none. How do I update her computer so that the same sites are blocked. I just rebuilt her computer and Firefox was just installed. When she starts Firefox she gets a lot of pop-ups. Can I cut and paste these sites into her computer? Thank you for your assistance.

hey there. I don't know if this will help any but i can try. go to your start menu (on your computer) click on control panel-security-internet options (click)-privacy do you see where it says pop up blocker turn on pop up blocker? next to that it says settings. if you don't see that option check and make sure you have the security settings on custom before you proceed. click on settings, then you will see the list of all allowed sites for pop ups. you can highlight the list, right-click copy, and then either email the list to your sister and have her copy and paste (repeat the above process) or you can paste the list to a word document, save the document to your thumb drive. insert your thumb (flash) drive into your sisters computer and open up the word document, once the document is open on her computer, you right click and copy, (you'll have to copy each website one at a time with either option) then repeat the process i told you at the beginning but with her computer, once you are to the pop up blocker settings, you can paste each of the website URL's to allow pop ups. sorry if this confused you. hope this helps. let us know either way! thank you

I am sorry that I didn't clearing state what I needed. In Firefox - Options - Contents - Block Pop-Ups and then click on Exceptions, in the box Sites and Status I have several hundred sites that are blocked. In my sister's Firefox this box is empty. I believe this is why when she opens Firefox she also gets a lot of pop-ups. How can I get the sites in my computer into hers? Is there a file in the Firefox folder that I can send to her? Or is there a file on Mozilla that we can install? The operating system is Windows 7. We just reloaded Firefox again today with same results.
