How do I get Thunderbird to launch at startup?
When I start my computer I noticed that I need to manually start Thunderbird.
It would be nice if on the next version an option in the "Options" menu Tab or a check box would be included to allow Thunderbird to launch automatically.
This way users can either select or deselect their personal preference of automatically, or manually starting Thunderbird.

No, this is a function of your operating system. In Windows, you need to put a shortcut to Thunderbird in your Startup folder. In Linux, it's something like Start|System|Preferences|Startup Applications.
Some users do it via batch file, with delays so that auto-started programs don't all run at once and consume excessive cpu and disk drive access.

Thank you Chosen Solution for your response.
I am aware of that solution and did that already.
I was suggesting that in future versions of Thunderbird the proposed advice should be implemented.
Thank you however for taking the time to help me solve the problem I was having.
I appreciate that.
