cannot log into Mozilla support, have changed password and user name

What was the original username? We can ask an admin to reactivate your account if you know the email address used to register it.

But did you try resetting your password? That should send a email to that address to reset the password.

missed entering a second c in my user id. now it is wrong. how can I get it fixed or set up a new account using the correct user id [double c] and use the same email address with it as i used originally with the erroneous user id.
