Dear gentlemen I have Thunderbird 52,1,1 with Lightning 54.1.

All of the calendar entries disappeared suddenly. I have re-installed Thunderbird itself several times and done same for Add-on Lightning but could not fix it yet. Would you explain to me how it can be fixed?

Did the calendar entries disappear (as if the calendar is available but empty), or does the add-on itself no work, so no Lightning features are visible?

Either way, perhaps this question is of help?

The current version of Thunderbird is 52.3.0 but the two versions you list should play nice together. I would go to the Add-On tab, Extensions, and remove Lightning. Once you do that close and restart Thunderbird. Go back to Add-Ons, Extensions, type Lightning in the search box and reinstall it.

Your data is separate from the program so when you get things back to normal all your events should reappear.

Thank you for the reply. the calendar is available but no entries. Lighting feature is visible meaning no problem with add on

Missing entries remind me of this question that may help.
