Sorry, if you meant to share a screenshot, it did not upload successfully. (So I'm not sure what you mean by "look like this".) Can you explain in more detail, or try the upload again? Please blur or cut out any sensitive information in your screenshot since we're talking about saved logins...

That is a page provided by an add-on (an extension is a kind of add-on). I'm not sure why a password would be saved for that kind of page. ???
