Hi, is this problem on your Windows PC? (Somehow your question ended up under Android.)

When you view the Restore menu, does it seem to have relevant data or is it missing older dates?

If it shows earlier dates:

What happens when you try to restore. Do you get an error message? Sometimes a locked or corrupted file can prevent restoring bookmarks. A good first step in this case is to exit out of Firefox and do a regular shutdown and restart of Windows to complete any deferred updates and release file locks. Let us know if there continues to be an error after that.

If there's no error but empty folders are restored, check whether you have the "Default Bookmarks Folder" add-on installed. Unfortunately, when you restore, it dutifully moves all the restored bookmarks to your designated default folder rather than letting Firefox return them to their previous locations. You may want to disable or remove this add-on.

If it doesn't show earlier dates:

Firefox might have started up in the wrong profile. Please check the steps in the following article related to checking for other profiles: Recover lost or missing Bookmarks.

Any progress so far?
