Sorry, support is only here. I will guess that you need server info for a Microsoft account. Try this: - incoming: outlook.office365.com, port 993, SSL/TLS, Oauth2 (assuming IMAP) - outgoing: smtp.office365.com, port 587, STARTTLS, Oauth2

All I can suggest is to see if MS requires an app password. There has been much activity about MS accounts this year.
